What is your secret to staying Hot & Healthy?
Make sure you make time for yourself every day. When work is really busy I exercise before the kids get up. That way I know I have an hour each day to do something for myself! Read food labels. I recently discovered that Rice Krispies cereasl fifth ingredient is high fructose corn syrup.
