What is your secret to staying Hot & Healthy?
Higher a trainer; I have been committed to him for 3 1/2 years and it is the only thing that has worked for me and kept me motivated. Smaller portions 5 x per day and watch the carbs especially at night when you feel you have put on a little weight. Never cut out wine; cut out bread instead!!!
